System Introduction:
The VZ170 linear conveyor inspection machine is designed for inspecting plastic parts. It can detect and reject defects such as black spots, gaps, burrs, unfinished parts, and dimensional inconsistencies. It automatically counts qualified products and distributes them to designated collection containers. A key feature of this series of equipment is its clamping structure, which allows for inspection of the bottom of the product.
Equipment Features:
1. The inspection machine performs 360° visual inspection of products. Utilizing deep learning, it accurately analyzes the filling port and distinguishes between defects, enabling more precise product screening.
2. It supports the inspection of transparent bottles made of PET, polyethylene, acrylic, and glass. Transparent products present higher challenges for optical screening; the machine is customized for each product and analyzes ambient light using deep learning. It can inspect the bottle bottom, appearance, bottle mouth, and threads.
3. Real-time data storage; real-time images of inspection results; dynamic display of operating status. It allows for rapid modeling and variety management based on different products, enabling product counting and boxing statistics. It is universally applicable to various product specifications and is easy to debug.
4. Complies with GMP standards.
